We want you to love your Soleil Kissed products. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window You have 28 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any products that have been opened or used.

Return Shipping We offer free returns. Once your return request is approved, we'll provide you with a prepaid return label.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
